Crust & Crate Fast Fired Pizza Pub

First time dining here! Our server Lydia was super sweet, complimenting our outfits and making us feel extremely welcome. She gave us helpful suggestions on the menu and answered our questions. The space was very clean and cozy, nice ambience despite the frigid chill outside. The prices in correlation to the taste and portion of the food is definitely inflated. The food wasn't half bad, everything smelled nice, was presented well. But it also wasn't good enough to come back and be frequent diners. It was nice to try but honestly not worth it to have more than twice a year for the price. We shared a starter of the spinach dip, which had amazing cheese pull but flavour-wise was definitely overshadowed by the oregano. I'd recommend just asking to have it served with nachos chips as the pita was lacking in flavour and the salt on the chips was a nice combination. My girlfriend got a Leaning Tower of Pizza which she seemed to enjoy, my Fredo Corleone was nice but definitely felt lacking in actual flavour on the toppings. A bit disappointed about the food, considering the price, but Lydia kindly provided take-away boxes for our meals and was an absolute sweetheart.

It was not clear that breakfast menu would end at 2pm when we showed up just 5 mins after. The staff was super though and checked with the kitchen to accommodate my order. Stellar service overall. Hubby had a burger. The sourdough bread was amazingly yummy. They don’t make it on site but it was perfectly toasted. The decor and atmosphere were ok as they are part of a chain. Would definitely come back to try more of their menu.

Great food and even better service. Lydia and Delaney did a great job taking care of us. Lydia even helped pick my meal as it was my first time there. She definitely made me and my friends feel as though we were at home!!!! Sunday nights are the best nights to get to crust and crate. Period
